Breathing is our engine; it is energy directly and always available.
It is being alive and being connected to us and to our surrounding. Breathing is beauty and it is totally frightening when we can’t.
Breathing is the first thing we do in life and it will be probably the last.
It makes us feel connected to ourselves and to our surroundings.
Normally we reduce breathing and it limits us not only in our level of energy but also in our level of awareness, attention, perception, possibility to act, to notice, recover and get balanced.
We can learn to get aware of our breathing, how we reduce it, how much we limit our self by not using it in all its possibilities.
