Learning to let go is learning to get totally free. It may mean to get free of weight you’ve been carrying along for too much time, free of ideas and conclusions which don’t serve you anymore.
Letting go may also mean let go a dream, let go another person. Letting go very often is first a painful or frightening step, you will need to feel and allow this pain and fear to be able to let go.
But when we are able to, we gain again a lot of energy that was linked to this dream, person, idea.
By letting go we recover this energy, we recover space and possibilities.
It’s like having your hands occupied and then finally you get them back to use them for what you really want.
