movement
Nothing never ever stays the same and our bodies and lives are in constant change.
We often prefer to ignore this, to avoid fear and pain we prefer to see life as static.
We spend the day mostly sitting or repetitive positions despite the fact that our bodies are made to be flexible and to move long distances a day.
Recovering our physical flexibility, strength and persistence not only affects our physical health but our way of thinking and perceiving ourselves and our surrounding.
The more free movement is possible the more open is our horizon.
It is by conscience training that we can perceive that there are much fewer limits than we can imagine. By reducing our physical possibilities, we cut off an important part of who we are.
NEVER LOOSE YOUR WINGS TO FLY.
